I was admitted via A&E and then had surgery and can say my experience is rather positive. Especially staff at surgery ward, 3F are very friendly, professional and made my stay less stressful that it may have been. Nurses are very helpful, doctors explained the procedure and were informative and patient-friendly. I would advise staff at A&E to be more communicative as being there is stressful enough and as busy as they are there, it would be beneficial for everyone to be explained the next steps and what the patient should do, eg wait here, ask for nurse etc.
