"My CBT sessions with Inclusion Matters"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

I'm just coming to the end of 6 sessions of low intenstity CBT to work on my worrying and anxiety. It's been a tremendous help - I still have a long way to go but I've learnt some valuable skills that will help me to cope with day to day life, and not let my anxiety and worrying impact on my daily life and relationships.

Dear sugarmuffin

I'm so pleased to know that the low level CBT you received at IML has been such a help to you. I also hope that on your onward journey the skills you've learned whilst in therapy will continue to help with your daily life, any anxiety and relationships.

It's particularly welcome that you specifically mentioned the low level CBT (Step 2) as ocasionally the impact of this type of work is not understood.

Best of luck and best wishes.

Sian
