"The ward was very clean and nicely ..."

About: Castle Hill Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

The ward was very clean and nicely decorated. The menu for food was fantastic and so was the food. All the nurses were very helpful and kind and not a bit impatient. Very friendly staff throughout.

What could be improved

In the first letter I was sent a map could have been included showing me where to go and where we could park.

Also a note in the letter for anyone having an abdominal operation to make sure they have something very loose to wear when going home as my stomach was still very sore and swollen.
