"the staff wre kind. The seating ..."

About: Castle Hill Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

the staff wre kind. The seating was comfortable

What could be improved

I had an appointment for 15.05 on Tuesday 4th March I arrived early for my appointment. The waiting room was crowded on arrival. I was not attended to until almost 17.00 Ther was only one toilet to be shared by both men and women Not really clean. The staff were very helpful in general except for the receptionist who was not a very helpful person and could have benefited from an injection of cheerfulness. Just to make a point. i am in my seventies . And this is the first time I have felt it neccessary to complain about any visit to a NHS establishment
