I have recently completed the cardiac rehabilitation programme and would recommend it to anyone who like me has suffered a heart attack. The advice from a pharmacist and a dietician was followed by an exercise programme led by a physiotherapist. The whole programme was supervised by great staff, the cardiac rehabilitation nurses and helped by a great team of volunteers. I really enjoyed the course which I found most beneficial and confidence boosting. Thank you to all concerned.
