What could be improved

most of the nurses attitude towards patients and visitors, communication from staff to patients and there family, infofmation about whats going on to both patients and there family, overall very disapointed with the whole experience as it made it ten times harder for the whole experience we went through, i carnt get over this experience as it was that bad.
