What I liked

I took my elderly mother to the Eye Hospital for an appt yesterday at 10.45. She saw the doctor. From beginning to end, receptionist - last nurse we saw - your staff were polite, cheerful, considerate and helpful. We were 3 hours having various tests. The appt began on time and the 3 hours passed in no time. Thank you for making this such a comfortable experience.
