My son suffered a head injury whilst on holiday near Port Isaac. Despite the fact that A and E was very busy, we were treated courteously, and the triage nurse took care to tell us how long we would have to wait (it would have been helpful however, to have had an indication as to the triage waiting time). the doctor and senior nurse took time to explain to my son (aged 17) what treatment was needed, and gave him a choice of stitches or staples. We were out within 3 hours. iThank you so much for being so helpful in our hour of need.
