First time I have had an op under anethstetic so was pretty nervous. The nursing staff and healthcare assistants where lovely and took time to make me feel relaxed despite being busy. The aneathatist and registrar came to explain what would happen during my laparoscopy. I was first down and felt safe and well looked after both pre and post op. It was clean and seemed well run at the day unit and thanks to all the caring staff involved in my treatment it really makes a difference-Jayne
