Was given a time to come in for the eye department. then just left there to sit with a bunch of other people, personal questions asked in front of other patients. No privacy whatsoever. Lack customer service skills and the nurses are not friendly.

I'm sorry to hear about this; we know we have a problem with waiting times in our outpatient clinics and are working to improve this, but you should have been informed about why you were waiting and shouldn't have been asked personal questions in front of others. If you are able to email our patient advice and liaison service (PALS) team with more details, including the clinic you visited and dates and times, they will be able to look into this in more detail for you and try to ensure that improvements are made in future.
