Anything else?
Ringing the hospital to change appointments and ask for information is a joke. The automated voice is patronising and fairly useless .I consider myself to have a well spoken British accent, yet it kept misinterpretting my request Not everyone in the UK now speaks with the accent of a1950 BBC newsreader, and nor should they. Also no one ever seems to answer the phone except the operator,I realise staff are busy. ,solution employ genuine hard working individuals at the bottom of the food chain, not the top. It was more stressful ringing than being told i had cancer and having my operation. I have great admiration for all the staff ,from the people who work in the background to the surgeon who cut me.just get the phone sorted out the extortionate car parking charges and my moaning would be gone.
