"Useless and Unhelpful"

Although when I went to my initial appointment with the consultant I found him very helpful, comforting and supporting, it was the secretaries I had the issue with. If you need to call them it takes days if not weeks to finally get a simple answer. When you do finally manage to speak to a person and not a voicemail, they either cant help, cant pass a message on to the correct person (who you originally cant get through to) and generally won't help at all. Even had it wherebby when someone did finally call me back, they left 2 different contact numbers on the same voicemail, both of which we wrong and didnt get me anywhere! I cant fault my consultant but his support team are poor! I can't wait until my referral to BARTS is all completed and I wont have to deal with this unhelpful bunch anymore!
