My wife was admitted to the antenatal ward, generally the staff were good but there's seems to be too much pressure on them leading to missing medication, long waiting times and after being told she could go home after a scan, there was so much confusion we literally had to organise the scan ourselves.
But to make it worse is the fact that during our time here we have met so many people with the same problems and views.
Where is the management in this lovely new hospital. I just hope it improves for when we have the baby!
