"Contacted by TRAQS the morning after GP appointment"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I visited the doctor in early August and was phoned by TRAQS the following morning, which I thought was excellent.

I cannot remember the name of the lady whom I spoke to, but she was very friendly and helpful and I felt very satisfied with the way everything was dealt with, especially as there is so much bad press at the moment about the health service.

It is a pleasure to write and say how impressed I was with my experience.
