Apprehensive of the outcome due to bad national publicity about NHS. The consultant and his team were most helpful and did an excellent job. Nursing staff in EC25 were caring, professional and pleasant. A very enjoyable visit, the food was good, every meal enjoyable. I can only speak for the ENT department, however if the rest of Queens Medical has a similar standard it must be a very good hospital and i would have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends. Thank you to all concerned.
