"Day surgery"

As soon as I arrived in Day surgery reception I was advised to go to Beckett Ward , once i arrived on the ward everything was explained to me and Staff were always asking if I was ok Due to a delay with the patient before myself I was on the ward for 6 Hours however the staff kept me informed Once I had the operation I was taken back to Beckett Ward and then back to the Day Surgery recovery area Because I had packing in my nose I had to be taken to De La Mare Ward to have this removed This could have been very stressful but I was kept informed and looked after by all staff and would like to thanks everyone for their care
