I phoned to check the status and location of my wife who had been admitted through A&E the previous evening and was told she was in the "AMU" unit. Well that isn't obviously listed as a department or unit under the "Departments and services" tab on the website. Nor is any location nor contact info such as its direct telephone number. Instead of focusing the website presentation of information on internal administrative structures, which are probably of limited interest to most people searching the website, how about looking at it from the perspective of an outsider trying to locate contact information of specific physical wards and people?
