During June and July 2013, the above professionals were the kindest, most helpful, most reassuring health-care people I have ever met. I will remain grateful to them always. They saw me through a particularly stressful time, added to my own health problems, and nobody ever made me feel like a waste of time or space. Thank you for that. The counselling was excellent, and the medical advice on discharge not the easiest to cope with, but totally realistic, and I am grateful for that, too. It wasn't easy for them dealing with a British Citizen who had to travel...I know that...but still...I have come through it, and five stars isn't really enough. Thank you to the check-in nurses, the A & E doctors, the ladies who volunteered to drive me home, the security guard...and especially to the psychiatry doctor who spent time with me in the obs ward at Macclesfield District General, and made a dark tunnel look a hell of a lot brighter. The two nurses in the obs ward were so kind and reassuring, I could have cried. All in all, thank you. If it's possible to pass this on to the two lady Congleton police officers who saw me at home in Congleton in July, I'd like to say a whole-hearted thank you to them, too.
