"slipped disc treatment and hospital phobia"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

Anything else?

I have a morbid fear of hospitals but earlier this year i suffered a slipped disc and had to attend the physiotherapy department The therapist who carried out the therapy is first class I explained that I had a fear of hospitals and they helped me deal with those fears They also discovered a problem with my hip joint and discussed what would be required to put the hip joint right When I did go in for the hip operation they also arranged for one of their colleagues to come up to see me and give me some more assurances which shows how committed to giving a positive outcome to their patients Pleas pass on my thanks and praises

We will be delighted to pass your lovely comments onto the team in Orthopaedics and Pain Management. It is gratifying to know our staff were able to help you overcome your fear of hospitals and were able to reassure you before your operation. Comments like yours are a real boost to their morale, especially so as many negative comments have been reported in the media over the last few months.
