What I liked

The day staff were lovely, hard working and treated my mum (the patient) and her visitors well.

What could be improved

Although the day staff on my mum's ward treated her well, certain staff members in the evening were visible hostile towards me, my mum (the patient) and the other patients/visitors. Getting the right medical treatment is one thing, getting treated as a human being is completely another matter. Evening staff would also sit gossiping rather than deal with patient care.
