What I liked

The hospital's vision screening service visited my son's school and tests showed he had a serious vision development problem. Less than two-weeks later I was at the hospital and we had an appointment with a eye doctor at a clinic only for children (my son is four). He was diagnosed and glasses were prescribed, which we got within 48-hours. The orthoptists and the consultant were brilliant and explained everything in detail - very reassuring at a worrying time.

What could be improved

The receptionist on the day was extremely rude and it was standing room only in the waiting area.
