About: The Royal London Hospital

Anything else?

This is the last I will go to this hospital I was suffering from a bloated stomach with lots of pain. My young son called the Ambulance they I decided to take me to take me to AE department once there I was seen first by a member of staff who took my blood and urine sample then by I could not tell if it was a Doctor they were so in a rush they were in and out cannot remember their name they said it was a hernia. After two hours my bed was being moved to another cubicle by a porter who I could not understand. Then another doctor came in and kept asking me tell me your story from beginning to end by this time I was so tired they asked me the same the same question again. Then they started touching my stomach in which they then started telling my belly button is always been like that I thought how do they know? They came back within ten minutes to tell me it is nothing serious eat more fruit and vegetables and gave me medication and said to come back if in pain. No discharge info .............left hospital still in pain. medication was not working I decided to then go Homerton Hospital AE and was admitted to a ward to have incision and drainage of abdominal abscess.. all on the same day. I rather travel to Homerton hospital and then go to my nearest hospital Royal London totally shocked with the whole treatment .I must say a big thank-you to the paramedics who shown me a lot compassion and a excellent professional attitude.
