Examinations I had today to investigate possible glaucoma at Moorfields NPH were conducted professionally and within a reasonable amount of time. When I enaged with different members of staff, this was reciprocated. I appreciated that a genuine effort was made to explain techncal details in layman`s terms. The department was busy, but colleagies appeared to cope well with the pressure of numbers of people who needed consultations. So I want to say thank you and I look forward to coming back for a follow up appointment in December (i could not answer the 2nd question below, since Opthamology does not appear on the drop down menu, so I put "don`t know"
