"This was my first visit as a patient ..."

About: King's Mill Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

This was my first visit as a patient and I was expecting it to be more complicated than it was gettting to where I needed to be and infront of the right people but it was all run very well and efficiently.

The only comment I would say is that before I got in to see the consultant (GYNAECOLOGY DEPT), I was told to stand on a scale. The person who told me to stand on the scale did not say hello or greet me, only told me to stand on the scale. A simple hello and a smile, with a brief explaination of why I was being weighed and who she was would have made a big difference. Everyone else was really nice and professional.

Why does this site ask if my pain was controlled? People do not necessarily come in due to pain so this question is irrelevant!
