I thought the treatment was very thorough, understanding and professional. I was extremely wary of attending these sessions due to the stereotypical views of therapy and also because I wanted to manage my emotions, feelings and thoughts by myself, rather than looking at it as a weakness in attending in the first place.
The very professional and welcoming manner of Kathy in Liverpool quickly allowed me to see how beneficial this service was in putting me back on track. I realised I had mislaid the positives I needed to focus on and I found "me" once again.
I just needed a little push and to be reminded of the joys in my life. I feel brilliant again and thank Kathy and this service very much.
The service reminded me of all the good and positive things I have mislaid. The advice and understanding was great. I didn't need to focus on my upset but rather the future and moving forward.
