My review of the treatment I had at the MRI concerns the following. The surgeon and his team. The theatre and recovery staff The Outpatient Department - Fracture Clinic The Admission Ward The Elective Treatment Ward. The Ancillary Staff Secretary Admissions Clerk I came into the MRI for surgery on the 2nd August 2013 and had an overnight stay. May I thank all the above staff for all their kindness. The admission nurse took time to put me at ease, she was very kind and patient. The recovery staff made sure that my pain was controlled. The ward staff were excellent and I could not have asked for any better care than I was given both by night staff and by day staff. The admission clerks and consultant secretaries were also very helpful. I wish to thank all concerned for the excellent treatment I was given for which I greatly appreciate and would appreciate if you would pass on my thanks to them all. Mrs Eileen Hughes, Wigan.
