"Disappointed with surgery rebooking"

I was due to have an ACL repair on the 8th July. Due to an external powercut my op was cancelled. Although this was a very traumatic experience, I felt that staff in surgery acted professionally. After spending the day on the De La Mare I felt was clean and the staff were friendly and caring. When I left the hospital after the day's ordeal, I was led to believe that my operation would be rebooked as soon as possible. However, I am very disappointed that I have not been booked in with a new date for surgery after four weeks since my intial surgery date. I have been ringing the waiting list secretary regularly and only got through to voicemail and have left two messages. My failure to be able to contact the hospital via phone has led me to write this review.
