About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as a service user),

My GP referred me to TRAQS for my back ache problem. TRAQS were very good in getting me an early appointment with the therapy clinic at Princess Royal Hospital.

My 1st appointment was in late July. The therapist at PRH was very kind - he treated me with dignity and respect.

I will be seeing him (therapist name: Gordon) in the middle of August. I am already feeling better with my first appointment. Overall I am satisfied and I am delighted with everything.
