PEQ: I found it very helpful and reassuring having someone to talk through my anxieties and worries with, I felt they understood how I was feeling and took time to listen to me when I was feeling so low.
PEQ: It went OK and I was happy with the help from the staff who listened to me.
PEQ: Didn’t know what to expect at first, but was put at ease and was able to talk about why I felt low. My therapist was very understanding and made me realise things and put things into perspective.
