Having read the negative review I cannot believe that they are talking about the same Hospital. This is my first pregnancy and I have been under a consultant, so have had to visit numerous times during the last nine months. I have to say I have received the best care and treatment, sometimes better than expected. On clinic days when it is extremely busy at times I have never been kept waiting, the midwives and sonographers that I have seen have always been friendly and polite, they have taken the time to explain everything and answer questions that I have had. If I have had to call and leave a message a midwife has always called me back and dealt with my query. My whole experience with Royal Surrey Ante Natal has been a pleasant one and I feel comfortable and reassured that the level of care will continue once I am in labour. I would not hesitate to recommend Royal Surrey to anyone considering having their baby there. Thank you to all the staff I have had the pleasure of being cared for so far!!
