What I liked
My brother, who is special needs, was admitted to ITU recently. He was very ill and of course we were very worried. The staff in ITU were amazing. They kept us fully informed most of the time and were very supportive. He was there for nearly three weeks until being moved to ward 2. Again he has received wonderful care and is improving daily. Many thanks to all concerned. My mother is 82 years old and has been treated with great respect and caring too.
What could be improved
More available information at weekends. These were the times which were most difficult as not many doctors on duty.
