What I liked

i had a piece of metal in my eye. i was told to wait in the waiting area which i thought would take hours. an eye doctor called me through almost immedietly and started the procedre on me. he told me everything he was going to do. he even showed me how take the prescibed medicine properly so i knew how to do it.
