About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Once I had received a letter from my consultant confirming the referral request, I had a phone call from the TRAQS team within 2 weeks.

First appointment offered wasn't convenient, but they managed to book me an appointment two weeks after the first appointment that was offered.

Very efficient and very well explained on the phone.

TRAQS always aims to book an appointment as quickly as possible at a location of your choice. However, this sometimes is not possible so we do our best to achieve the best possible result to suit the needs of the patient. I am pleased that overall you found our service to be of a high standard.
