What I liked

Further to my previous comments, I neglected to pass on my appreciation, thanks and admiration for the excellent care I received in the A & E Department. They work under very difficult and sometimes abusive conditions. In the many times I was passing through A & E to the Coranary care or HDU, I observed only outstanding patience, courtesy to abusive patients and the highest standard of care to all.

What could be improved
