Initial diagnosis and care in clinical decisions unit and middleton assessment unit professional and expertly carried out. Well staffed
What could be improved
Unfortunately when you reach main wards it is a different matter. Harrowden ward - very short in staffing levels, not as clean as it could or should be. Not many facilities for patients entertainment ie: tv, phone etc
