From the first outpatient pre op assessment I was so pleasantly surprised at how I was made to feel that what I felt was of the utmost importance ! Every part of the surgery and aftercare was gone through in the greatest detail along with a physio attending explaining what would happen after surgery and what equipment I would need and they could loan. All members of staff were so friendly and accommodating . It was the cleanest hospital I have ever stayed in and the best care I have ever received in a hospital including other private hospitals and NHS hospitals . All emembers of staff from the consultants to the cleaners all seemed to work as a team and as a community . I have already reminded the Horder Centre to other people and will continue to do so !
