"My Crawley GP lost my referral"

About: NHS Bexley CCG NHS Crawley CCG

(as the patient),

My principal gripe is that the first GP lost a referral to Sussex Partnership, which, given the sensitivity with which this matter should have been handled much more sensibly and timely. GP 2 finally, three months later, does another referral. I took the time, however, to complement them to West Sussex PCT.

I then get sent to to a podiatrist about broken bones, who tells me not enough money in the pot for an operation (upon returning to Bexley, I, within a week, get a referral to an orthopedic surgeon at King's College Hospital, amazing that NHS London/Bexley PCT deal with things so much quicker), but I suppose, at least I managed to get iontophoresis out of the Sussex & Surrey Trust, and not told to walk around in sandals, which is what I was told by a GP in Dartford.

Good if you'd like a GP that loses paperwork (where in this case, it's not useful to lose paperwork! )
