What I liked
The staff on spencer ward were nice- when i actually got seen to! I was having a suspected ectopic pregnancy,going to the ward once - twice per week just for blood tests.Every time i was told something different.My doctor actually said i should have been kept in as of the dangerous consequences,which i dont think very proffessional.I would put in a complaint but i just want to forget about my bad experience
What could be improved
Consultants turning up on time when they are expecting you(as we had a wasted journey),to ring you when promised and to be a bit more caring in situations like this
