About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as a service user),

The ambulance service was excellent, they arrived right on time and dropped me off in 5 minutes. When we arrived at the hospital the driver walked me round to the hospital reception –hospital staff took me to the X-ray department where I needed to be.

They then took me back to reception where there was an ambulance to take me back home.

I’ve been using this service for 13 years, I’ve never had a bad experience.
