1. Incredibly slow service - I have been waiting for more than 5 hours. 2. Receptionists & front desk - not even saying Hello. They treat patients like they are not human-beings at all - no kindness, no sympathy. 3. Triage nurse - they didn't have any wound management skills. My back was bleeding because, but they simply didn't care about it - I didn't get any debridement, cleaning and bandaging. Can you imagine what does it mean for 5 hours?! 4. Doctor - even he was amazed that the triage nurse did not requested x-ray earlier and left me to wait for so long! I hit my head, back and pelvis and I was feeling nausea and headache plus severe pain all over my body after falling.
