I phoned on Thursday morning to book for an xray. I was offered a choice of 4 different times, that very morning. The receptionist was efficient and polite. So I turned up 5 minutes before the booked time, expecting a long wait. I couldn't have been there more than 2 minutes when I was taken into the xray room and the xrays done. The Radiographer was also polite and efficient. In fact, I noticed a clock when walking out after it was all done, that it was only just the booked appointment time! So a very slick operation and I would recommend it highly. If you can, don't go to Calow, go here!
