I attended the ultrasound department today for a medical scan. The ultrsound receptionist was very friendly and a porter who pointed me in the right direction was very helpful. I went in before my allotted appointment time, was met by a friendly sonographer, who introduced themselves and was shown to the very clean changing area. At all times during the procedure, a screen shielded me from another staff member who was using a desk in the same room so I felt that my dignity was respected and the procedure was fully explained. I was in and out of the hospital within 15 minutes and found it to be an easy, highly efficient and dignified process from start to finish in clean surroundings with very friendly staff. Well done to the team; it is much appreciated.
