"Waste of an eye hospital appointment"

My appointment yesterday was a complete waste of the Dr's time, other members of staff time, my time, and NHS funds, due to surly reception staff in the downstairs eye clinic, on my last visit, not listening to me, when I said the reason for the appointment (yesterday) had been addressed on my last visit, and the appointment was no longer needed. They didn't check, and basically treated me like an idiot who didn't know what I was talking about. Obviously I did !
