Turning Point in Wakefield would like to welcome users and carers to our service page on Care and Patient Opinion. Working with Care Opinion, we would like to invite people to feedback their experiences of our service. We want to hear about the positive and negative experiences, we want to learn from both and use feedback to improve our service. We will respond to all stories that come onto the site.
We will be also publishing every month some of the anonymous comments from users completing the Patient Experience Questionnaires to go with the feedback which comes in.
