"Emailed the right people who made a change"

About: University Hospitals Of Leicester NHS Trust

(as the patient),

As an inpatient at University Hospitals of Leicester, I was in a bay of 6 women who had not had a drink for over 9 hours.

I emailed the right people to change the situation and the right people came on the ward.

Now people have drinks on a bank holiday and the "bay 2 massive" did their job and took over the drinks trolley.

All "NBM" were respected but all patients got hydration.
