What I liked
CDU and CCU staff (All of them from top to bottom ) were caring courteous and professional. They were so in control of their duties that they had time to carry them out with a smile. The food was of a very high standard for mass catering and the ward and surrounding areas were spotlesssly clean.
What could be improved
The only suggestion for improvement is appointing a good PR man. The adverse press comments so often seen are not reflective of the high standards I experienced
