I recently attended for an appointment in the Rheumatology clinic having been referred by my GP. The doctor was very understanding of my condition and gave clear explanations and an information leaflet. I underwent some tests and he gave me clear information on the results and what would happen next. He suggested options for treatment and said he would write to my GP. A few days later I had a phone call from my GP surgery to say a prescription was ready. I felt this was a first class service. Thank you.
