"The birth of our son made special"

All too often the Great British public invests a great deal of time complaining about services, especially, it would seem, the NHS. Sadly, very little energy is invested in providing quality feedback - where it was deserved.

I would like to single out a midwife at East Surrey Hospital in Redhill, Surrey. The care, compassion, kindness and professionalism shown to my wife and I (and then to our newly born son) was first class. Louise is a credit to her profession and a lovely person. Her care made the birth of a son a very special event and something we will never forget.
