"Treatment in A&E Princess Royal"

About: Princess Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

Daughter was taken into hospital due to severe allergic reaction.

1) nurse did not seem to know how to turn on ECG machine and do a print out.

2) daughter was going to be sent home at 3am with out her EpiPen being renewed.

was told I could comeback at 8am to collect a new EpiPen from hospitals Boots pharmacy.

3) lack of communication between staff (doctors and nurses) and patients and their relatives.
