Having been transferred from lancaster where the care was exceptional I was expecting the same in blackpool having been told what a wonderful reputation it had. When I arrived it was disorganised. The sheets were stained. Two staff had a full row in front of us. I was spoken to like an idiot. Tests were reorganised several times meaning I spent more time than necessary in hospital. I am still awaiting results and follow up. If I were in a position where I needed to be transferred to blackpool again I would rather be transferred elsewhere.
